"Pretty tough to use with a screen reader"
I really wanted this to work for me, but it was hard to navigate with my screen reader. It just wasn’t a great experience from an accessibility standpoint.
"Ridiculously easy to get started"
Getting set up with Clearstep.health was way easier than I expected. I was fully bracing myself for a mountain of forms or some confusing setup maze, but it was actually simple.
The onboarding pages were clear and easy to follow, and I never had to pause and wonder what to do next. I think it only took me a few minutes to get through the whole thing, which felt almost suspiciously quick.
It’s just really nice when something works the way it’s supposed to without turning into a whole dramatic project. Super smooth experience overall.

"I’ve been using clearstep for a few months..."
I’ve been using clearstep for a few months now, it’s been a relief because it just works. Pages load fast, I haven’t run into random errors, and I’m not constantly worried about getting locked out or having to retry my login like I do with some other health sites.
I’m cautious with tools that handle personal info, so I pay attention to whether things feel stable and trustworthy. The forms haven’t crashed on me halfway through, everything is straightforward, and it saves me from a lot of unnecessary headaches.

"Support was quick and fair"
I reached out to support and they got back to me faster than I expected. To be fair, my issue wasn’t super complicated, but they handled it clearly and helped me get it sorted without any hassle.
"Easy to book, just a bit of a wait"
Booking my appointment on clearstep.health was straightforward. I’ve used a few online scheduling sites before that felt clunky, but this one was simple and the steps were easy to follow. I was able to find a time that worked for me without much hassle. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the confirmation took a little longer than I expected.

"I got helped quickly and didn’t really..."
I got helped quickly and didn’t really have to wait around, which I appreciated. Everything was simple and the service moved fast. I guess it felt a tiny bit rushed at first, but that’s probably just because they were being efficient. Overall, no real complaints from me.

"Easy and honestly worth using"
I was worried I’d waste time trying to figure it out or miss something important, but it was actually really easy to use. I got the info I needed without a bunch of hassle, which was a relief.

"I don’t know... I’d double-check the advice"
I tried clearstep.health because I was hoping it would kind of help point me in the right direction, but i’m not sure how much I’d rely on it. It asked me a few questions, and then the recommendations it gave felt a little random? Like, not totally off the wall, but also not really lined up with what I was actually dealing with. Maybe it’s fine for really basic stuff, I don’t know. But for anything that feels even slightly serious, I’d definitely still check with a real doctor. It wasn’t awful or anything, just didn’t leave me feeling super confident.

"Honestly, the slow replies really got to me"
My first reaction was just frustration. The service itself might be fine, but the communication made everything way more annoying than it needed to be. I’d wait longer than I expected for a reply, and then when I finally got one, it sometimes felt like they only skimmed my question. I did get it sorted in the end, but the whole thing left me thinking, come on, this could’ve been handled so much better.

"Pricing was actually clear"
Clearstep make the cost easy to understand before I even got started. I wasn’t sitting there guessing what I’d end up paying, which doesn’t happened much with health stuff. So far there wasn’t any weird surprise fees, and I really appreciate that.

"Surprisingly didn’t make me nervous"
I’m usually skeptical about sharing my personal info online because there’s almost always some weird fine print or something that feels off. This felt a lot clearer than I expected, and I didn’t get that uneasy feeling while going through it. I still don’t love handing over my details anywhere, but this seemed secure enough...

"Worked well on my phone"
I used clearstep.health on my phone and, it was smooth for the most part. The pages loaded fast, and I didn’t have to poke around forever to find what I needed, which is always nice. There was one screen that felt a little packed, like maybe too much going on at once, but I kind of just moved past it and it wasn’t a huge issue. Overall, it was useful and I’d probably use it again.

"Matched me with the right providers"
I was surprised by how well the providers matched what I was looking for. It didn’t feel random or generic, which I know other customers probably appreciate too. The options were actually relevant and made the whole process a lot easier.

"Pretty good overall, just not perfect"
I tried the symptom checker when I was having stomach pain, and it was actually accurate... at least for what I was dealing with. I still followed up with my doctor to be safe, but it did help me get a better idea of what might be going on and what to do next.

"Pretty straightforward once I got into it"
I’ve been trying to pay a bit more attention to health stuff lately, mostly because I keep bookmarking advice and then never actually doing anything with it. This one was easy to read and didn’t make things feel more complicated than they needed to be. The tips were clear and simple enough to follow, which I appreciated. I did take off one star because a few sections felt a little too basic, like they were covering things most people already know, but overall it was helpful
"Helpful follow-up after my check"
Clearstep.health was easy to use, and the best part for me was the follow-up. They checked in afterward and answered my questions quickly. It was simple, useful, and felt like someone was actually paying attention.

"I tried Clearstep.health because I was..."
I tried Clearstep.health because I was hoping it would make it easier to figure out where I should go for care, but it was hit or miss. The questions were easy enough to answer, but the recommendations felt vague, and I still ended up unsure about the next step.
What made it more frustrating was that when I tried to follow up, I felt like I kept getting transferred around instead of actually getting help. In the end, I had to call my insurance and my doctor myself anyway. It wasn't awful, but it really didn't save me much time
